DROP-OFF GUIDELINES
WE TAKE DROP-OFFS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Online Scheduling is now available and preferred. If you are having difficulties with our online-scheduling platform, you may call the store, or send an inquiry on our Contact Us Page.

CLOTHING
- No more than 50 items per drop off
- Maternity Clothes - XS to 3X
- Children's Clothes - preemie to 14
- New to excellent condition, no more than 3 years old, recently washed
- No rips, tears, missing buttons, pilling, stains, smoke or odors, etc.
- All clothing to be folded neatly or flat in 1 plastic container, wrinkle free (no plastic bags)

TOYS AND FURNITURE
- No more than 50 items per drop off
- Include batteries, if needed
- Must be in good, working order (we need to be able to turn it on)
- Put small pieces together; items missing pieces will not be accepted
- All toys and furniture must be wiped clean
- No cracks, scratches or damage

BABY GEAR
- No more than 50 items per drop off
- Include batteries/cords, if needed
- Must be in good, working order (we need to be able to turn it on)
- Must be recently washed or wiped clean
- No cracks, scratches or damage
- No more than 5 years old

ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT
- Carseats
- Cribs
- Used socks and underwear
- Breast pumps or used parts
- Diaper pails
- Items with stains
- Items more than 5 years old
- Clothing with rips, holes or tears
- Stolen items (not the same as NWT)
